This 70% chocolate was hand crafted from raw cacao and organic sugar in Topeka, KS.
Crafted from cacao produced by the 180 family farmers of the Oko-Carbie cooperative in the San Francisco de Marcios region in northeastern part of the island.
This chocolate has starts off with molasses, cinnamon and vanilla taste. As the heat of your mouth melts it brings outmocha and dark cherry notes with just the right amount of acidic bite and the end. It would pair well with strong flavors like full bodied red wines or your favorite whiskey.
This craft chocolate is vegan friendly, and has been processed in a gluten, dairy and nut free kitchen.
