The Kokoa Kamili cooperative is based in the small village of 'Mbingu' (Swahili for 'Heaven') in Kilombero Valley in central Tanzania. Genetically this cacao is a cross between Amelonado and Criollo, with the slight presence of Neop-Nacional. Our single origin chocolate has plum and tropical fruits flavors with some pleasant woody notes, with hint of dark chocolate brownie batter. At 72% cacao this bar has bold taste. It will pair well with your favorite nut and spirits.
