Crafted from cacao produced by the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in the small village of 'Mbingu' (Swahili for 'Heaven') in Kilombero Valley in central Tanzania.
Genetically this cacao is a primary a cross between Amelonado and Criollo, with the slight presence of Neo-Nacional. This chocolate has a plum and tropical fruits flavors with some pleasant woody notes, and hint of darkchocolate/brownie batter. At 72% cacao this bar has bold taste. It will pair well with your favorite nut and spirits that have an oaky flavor.
