Vietnam is a fairly new cacao producing origin but, this crop from the forested hills in the Lam Dong province in the central highlands, is perfectly fermented to bring out its unique flavors. It has a wonderfully complex flavor profile, this 65% cacao chocolate starts with delicate and buttery banana notes. Go slow to get a burst of citrus flavors (lemons, oranges, pineapple) as it melts from the heat of your mouth.
This craft chocolate is vegan friendly, and has been processed in a gluten, dairy and nut free kitchen.
