Raju (Spices of India) Truffle

Spiced are cooked into the cream for this special creation. Center is a rich firm ganache made with 61% eguittard chocolate and cream.  Each truffle is loving hand rolled and dipped in Guittard milk chocolate and decorated with a sprinkling of Paprika. Available October through December only.
